Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Optional Google Analytics, when configured, loads only after you allow it using Google Analytics preferences in the footer. It measures page visits and inquiry actions, not names, email addresses, résumés, client details, or message text. Forms work without it, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control takes priority. Changing this preference does not control other separately provided services.

Visitor Intelligence and Inquiry Attribution

Our existing AdvizorPro visitor-intelligence integration operates separately from optional Google Analytics. Its configuration and data use are subject to NLR’s privacy review. When you send an inquiry, we may include the landing and inquiry page, referring domain, and sanitized campaign codes with the request in our recruiting intake system. We do not include query strings, tracking tokens, or submitted message text in general analytics events. Use a personal email if appropriate, leave your current firm blank if you prefer, and do not send client account information through this form.

Application Form Bot Protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our Join Our Team application form to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent, TLS fingerprint, and the site you visit to provide this security check and improve its bot detection. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, Calendly, and other professional platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain our recruiting relationships, or comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.

When email confirmation is required for Join Our Team submissions, the application details and any attached résumé are temporarily held while we email a one-time link. Unconfirmed links expire after 24 hours; unconfirmed submissions and attachments are then scheduled for deletion from temporary storage. They do not enter our applicant tracking system or trigger recruiter notifications. Confirmed applications are handled under our ordinary recruiting retention practices.
